Meowt!

These terms cover your use of Meowt! (the "app"), published by Lucas Agency (The Lucas Agency GmbH). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms and to Apple's standard End User License Agreement below.
Your use of the app is also governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. If anything in these terms conflicts with that agreement on a matter it covers, the Apple EULA controls.
Meowt! is a single-player puzzle game for personal, non-commercial entertainment. Don't reverse-engineer or redistribute the app or extract its content (artwork, levels) for use outside the app.
The Zoo Pass, Zoo Pass Upgrade, Remove ads and the outfits are one-time, non-consumable purchases: you pay once and keep them on every device signed in to the same App Store account. After reinstalling or switching devices, use Settings → Restore purchases to get them back at no extra cost. Coin packs are consumable: coins are used up when you spend them in the game and can't be restored. Coins have no cash value and can't be exchanged or transferred. Purchases are billed by Apple; refunds are handled by Apple under its own policies.
The app is provided "as is". We don't guarantee it's error-free or always available.
Nothing in these terms limits any statutory consumer rights you have under German law or the law of your country of residence, including your rights around defective digital content and withdrawal, where applicable.
We may update these terms as the app changes, and we'll update the effective date above when we do.
