Meowt! ("the app") is published by Lucas Agency (The Lucas Agency GmbH) ("we", "us"). This policy explains what data the app and its third-party services process, why, and what choices you have. The app has no user accounts, and nothing here is tied to your name or email.
Your game progress and settings (solved levels, stars, coins, outfits, stickers, sound and reminder preferences, and your purchases) are stored on your device. If you're signed in to iCloud, the app also keeps a copy in your private iCloud key-value storage, so your progress follows you to your other devices. That copy is stored by Apple in your iCloud account; we can't see it.
Unless you've bought "Remove ads" or the Zoo Pass, the app shows ads from Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads SDK) between levels, and optional reward videos you can choose to watch for coins. To serve and measure ads, Google and its advertising partners may process:
In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, Google's consent form (User Messaging Platform) asks for your choices before personalised ads are shown, in line with the IAB Transparency and Consent Framework. You can change these choices any time in Settings → Privacy & ads in the app, and tracking permission in your iPhone's Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

To learn which levels are too hard and which parts of the app people use, the app sends anonymous usage signals (for example "level started", "level solved", "shop opened") to TelemetryDeck, a privacy-focused analytics service based in Germany. Signals carry an anonymised, hashed device identifier; no IP addresses, names or advertising identifiers are stored, and the data isn't used for advertising or shared with ad networks. In-app purchases (the Zoo Pass, Remove ads, coin packs and outfits) are processed and billed by Apple. To verify purchases and restore them on your other devices, the app uses RevenueCat, which processes your purchase receipts and a random, app-specific user ID, not your name, email or payment details. If you turn on the daily puzzle reminder, the app schedules a local notification on your device. Nothing is sent to a server for this.
Meowt! is a logic puzzle for a general audience and isn't directed at children under 13.
If you're in the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your data, and to data portability, within the limits of what we actually hold (see above: almost nothing tied to you personally). Our legal bases are your consent for personalised advertising (withdrawable any time in Settings → Privacy & ads), contract performance for your purchases, and our legitimate interest in non-personalised ads, anonymous usage statistics and preventing fraud. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority. To exercise your rights, contact us below.
Data on your device stays there until you delete the app; the iCloud copy stays in your iCloud account until you remove it there. Data processed by Google, TelemetryDeck and RevenueCat is kept according to their own retention policies, linked above.
